That is our nature within the EVE Universe.  PvP (Player vs. Player) is our style of choice, and learning how to do it the best is what we are striving for.  We are doing this as a team with the individual sharing thier expierience with the corporation for the betterment to us all.  

 

We have good natured spirits amongst our leaders who measure thier success though the success of thier subordinates.  If they can teach them to succeed then the corporation as a whole succeeds.
