Flying since 2008, and one of the Original 4, Maddison has learned that true victory comes from leading others to theirs. He wants success and like many others want to take as many with him as he can.
From his humble and adverse beginnings as a mission runner, Maddison has risen above his fears. PvP is now what he craves in EVE and he has been able to hone skills on the Gallente Warfront and with these expiriences the blood lust emerged.
He knows that we can't succeed alone and believes that teamwork, loyalty and order within the chaos are required to be the success that he knows this corporation can aspire to.
Don't let his hard exterior fool you. If you have a concern let him know. It might mean the difference between a victory or a failure.

Endo Saissore, Fleet Commander
Flying Since 2012, and one of the Original 4, Endo just about lives and breathes the PvP combat in EVE. He belives that there is no greater rush, and he lives for the adrenaline. Whether he is stalking targets solo in a wormhole or the quick deciton making required for leading a commanded fleet to victory, his knowledge on the subject is vast.
Though he understands the risks, he takes them anyways saying "We can do this. Don't worry," and then leading on with a well thought out yet unsurmountable Victory. He wants the glory and want as many as possible along for the ride.
Don't let this focus on destruction scare you though. If you have any questions about how he does it don't be affraid to ask. He is very approchable pilot and is easy to talk to.
